This is the best place to get your car fixed. Didn't have any problems with my repair. When I picked-up my car it was so clean, they detailed it. They always try to help you and save you some money. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Definitely recommending it to everyone.
Went in and asked for a quote on two front wheel bearings, the guy came back and said "The mechanic doesn't want to do that." When asked if I could have a reason why, their response was, "Don't know. Just don't want to." Thought it was a joke at first but they were serious. I've always given this place my business but not anymore after how rudely I was treated today.
Did a great job completing body repairs after recent collision with a deer through insurance claim, regretfully due to delay over holidays in being able to get my car in the shop, additional engine problems directly related to the accident were not addressed (but these issues were not identified on initial insurance claim so not actually a fault of Total Image, just a slight negative total experience there)
I've taken my car here twice extremely satisfied with their work
